Beyond the shed there's the lean-to on the back of the barn, the old chicken coop, the well house nobody uses, the playhouse the kids outgrew. Small structures that are in the way. Cole and Isy take them down and haul them off.
The line is size and utilities: small buildings only, and nothing with power, water, or gas still connected. If there's a slab, it stays unless you ask about it when they come look. Metal roofing and siding get separated out for recycling.
Haul-away is included in the number. You handle any permit your town requires.
