Every property has one: the shed that's been leaning a little more each winter. Cole and Isy take it down, load every piece of it — roofing, siding, framing, the floor if there is one — and haul it away. When they leave, there's a clear pad where the shed was.

This is light demolition: sheds, small outbuildings, and the like. They don't take on houses or anything with utilities running to it. If the shed is full, they'll clear it first — see barn and shed cleanouts — and quote both together.

Haul-away is included in the number. You handle any permit your town requires; they handle the rest.
