“We live out of state and were left with a huge mess when our tenant moved out. This job was significant in size and had everything from cleaning the house, buildings, exterior junking and significant property clean up. Being out of state created a lot of anxiety, however Cole and his crew did an amazing job, were very understanding and respectful of the situation, had great communication and overall has been instrumental in helping to get this property ready for sale.
