Privacy Policy

When you use the site or contact us, we may collect:

• What you put in the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service address, a description of the job, and any photos you send
• Call and text history when you phone or text (573) 645-6627, including the number you called from and what we discussed about the job
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited
• How you move through the site — clicks, scrolling, and the pages you view — recorded by Microsoft Clarity, with anything typed into the quote form masked

We use that information to:

• Respond to your quote request and set up a time to look at the job
• Schedule and perform the work, including finding the property and getting access
• Send you job-related calls and texts — confirming a time, letting you know we're on the way, sending photos when we're done
• Keep basic records of the jobs we've done
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it

That's the whole list. We don't use your information for anything else.

When you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we can call or text you about your job — scheduling, questions about the pile, a heads-up that we're on the way, photos when it's done. We only text about the job. No marketing blasts.

Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of hiring us — if you'd rather we only call, just say so.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other businesses.

The only parties that see your information are the services that run this site and the quote form on our behalf — our web hosting provider, the provider that delivers form submissions to us, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how people use the site (more on that below). They process it on our behalf, and they aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid court order.

This site doesn't run advertising trackers. We do use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — where people click, how far they scroll, and session replays that show a visit the way you saw it. That tells us when a page is confusing or a button is hard to find. Clarity sets its own cookies to recognize a returning visit.

Anything you type into the quote form — name, phone, email, and your description of the job — is masked, so it never shows up in those recordings.

One thing worth knowing: the interactive map on our service-area pages loads its map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When those tiles load, OpenStreetMap's servers see your IP address the same way any website you visit does. The map also works without JavaScript, as a plain image with no outside requests.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to profile you.

We keep your information as long as we need it to quote, schedule, and complete your job, and afterward as part of our normal business records — for example, so we can find your last job if you call us again. Quote requests that never turn into a job are kept only as long as they're useful for following up with you.

You're in charge of your information. At any time you can:

• Ask us to correct something we have wrong
• Ask us to delete the information we have about you
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or by telling us on a call
• Skip the form entirely and just call or text us

Call or text (573) 645-6627 for any of these. We'll handle it ourselves — there's no department to route you through.

This site is for adults hiring a junk removal service. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we'll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you're okay with the current version.
