Macon is as far north as Missouri Junkers works. It's a straight shot up US-63 from Moberly — the Macon County seat, with a courthouse square and the older housing that surrounds one — and it marks the top of the territory. North of Macon, the answer is no.
Inside that line it's a normal service town for them. Long Branch Lake sits just west of Macon, and lake property produces its own kind of cleanout: cabins closed up for the season, sheds full of last year's gear, furniture that got damp and isn't worth another summer.
