When the boards are soft and the railing wobbles, the deck is done. Cole and Isy pull it apart — decking, joists, railings, stairs — and haul all of it. Posts come out if you want them out, or get cut flush if you'd rather leave the footings.

Whether it's a small back-step platform or a full-size deck, it's the same job with more trailer. They'll tell you the number after they see it. If a new deck is going in, they'll leave the site ready for the builder.

Haul-away is included. You handle any permit your town requires.
